Whether you’re a visitor, a London Wandsworth resident, an existing Rotarian or just curious, we would love to share our enthusiasm for Rotary with you. Our Putney Rotary Club is a vibrant and diverse group of individuals of 17 different nationalities – we’re all leaders, friends, neighbours and problem-solvers, united in voluntary service. Rotary’s motto is “Service above self”
Rotary is a global humanitarian organisation of over 1.4 million volunteers.
Being “People of Action” is at the heart of what we do – we connect in supporting our communities to create sustainable change around the world. You’re welcome to join any of our Monday night meetings in person or online and volunteer with us on our projects. Please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you!

Over 100 Years of Action in Putney
The world was a very different place back in 1925 when a local dentist and company director gathered sixteen other local people to form the Rotary Club of Putney, but our commitment to having fun and making a difference hasn’t changed.
Over this time we’ve remained active and worked with local people and organisations to make things happen to help others.
Our club has kept relevant by changing to meet the needs of the community we serve, and changing to be relevant for our members.
